Excellent service and the staff were very helpful and informative. Helped me choose the right tires for my vehicle, competitive pricing and the service department team were excellent. Highly recommend!

Tillsonburg Tire came to our rescue when my friend and I attended a funeral service in Tillsonburg.
Luckily someone pointed out that we had a flat tire. We were from out-of-town and needed to get home.
Tillsonburg Tire saved the day!
While we were enjoying lunch with friends they fixed the tire!
We were just being served our food when i received a friendly text advising the Tire was fixed.
The cost was reasonable and we made it home without any problem!
A big thanks to saving our day.

From out of town with a flat and no spare in SmartCar. Chelsea got two tires in from her supplier and had us out by the end of the day.

I’m happy with my service from this shop, they were nice and accommodating to my last min situation. My tire popped on highway on way to Tilsonburg, i called this shop, let them know the situation. Once i got there they were able to find & replace my tire promptly while i went to work and called when it was ready, then i was able to drive back to my city after my shift. Jeff and his team of technicians found and repaired a problem I had with front brakes.
I learned that even if a vehicle is sitting or not driven much at all, it still needs maintenance. An oil change will help too, if a vehicle sits over time. It will remove impurities and improve engine performance.
I am new to Tillsonburg and am very grateful to Tillsonburg Tire for being there for me.
Thank you, Jeff, and your technicians for fair, accommodating, great service. My brakes are silent again!

I recently decided to get new tires for my car and after talking with Jeff he showed me a selection of tires that would suit my needs .after some more talking on what would be the best for me, he is very knowledgeable in his field and very professional. After purchasing them and having them installed I was amazed by the ride they gave me thank you Jeff . I also had a oil change and brake services done by his shop mechanics Casey and Jordan .Casey was very professional and took the time out to explain what I needed to have done for brake service. While waiting for brake parts she took time to look over my vehicle and gave me suggestion on what I made need in the future, it's nice to know she took the time looking out for my safety. I would recommend Tillsonburg Tire for there services, great service, great mechanics and a professional shop thanks again to all that made my service experience a little easier. Thanks again Jeff, Casey and Jordan your shop owners should be proud they have you on there team .you can't put a price on good service .

Jeff hooked us up with some Continental winter tires. My wife’s coworkers complain about icy spots getting in and she tells me she has no trouble at all. Ice or snow they feel very sure footed.

Went here last week with an emergency tire situation. The man at the front desk graciously helped me with my problem and provided extra service that I wasn't expecting as this was a half hour before their closing on a Friday. While I was waiting another woman can in with a similiar problem and was helped as well. Most places would have turned us away and went home for the weekend. Exceptional service.

Had a slow leak and I was immediately taken in. The tire had a puncture and was unable to be repaired. I was given 2 quotes for the replacement set of tires. I went with Tillsonburg Tires recommendation of General Altimax tires. Tires were installed and these new tires are smooth riding and very quiet. Tillsonburg Tire has undergone a major facelift with interior, exterior, equipment and staff. I was impressed with not only the facility but the staff and products as well. I'll be back. Thxs. Had them dismount my front ATV tires from the rims so I could inspect the rims and all that good stuff, they did it while I was there in and out in 10mins max.

I have been to Tillsonburg Tire twice in the last 3 months with minor issues (leaky tire and check engine light) and they have provided amazing customer service. We have been getting our 2 vehicles serviced by this place. Excellent service. Charges are very reasonable.always try to accommodate customers needs in a timely manner.
We also store our winter wheels here and on off service done.

Great people, professional, friendly will go above and beyond to offer excellent customer service. Price is fair.
I am from Toronto and bought a truck in London; they did safety inspection and repair/replace needed parts then offer to drive the truck to downtown (no extra charge) as they were coming to watch a Leafs game.
